Alex Pinchin
Production & Design Instructor
Alex is a graduate from the University of Florida where he earned a BA in Digital Arts and Sciences with a minor in Lighting Design. He is an alum of the Production & Design Department. He has been working in theatre for over 17 years and has designed lights, sound, and projections for a multitude of companies including: Urbanite Theatre (Sarasota, FL), FSU/Asolo Conservatory (Sarasota, FL), Sarasota Contemporary Dance (Sarasota, FL), Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe (Sarasota, FL), Florida Studio Theatre (Sarasota, FL), Bay Street Players (Eustis, FL), the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL), the Rose Theatre (Omaha, NE), Baldwin Wallace Conservatory (Berea, OH), and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (Edinburg, TX). Most recent designs include lighting design for Oak at Urbanite, Sound Design for Jennifer, Who is Leaving at Urbanite, and Projection Design for A Soldier's Play at Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe.
